Stunning property with outstanding service and food. Felix and Eli took wonderful care of us. The driver recommended Ivan was dependable and lovely. The breakfast, tea, and treats were so delicious. Honestly the best breakfast I’ve had. The grounds were stunning with a beautiful pool and views. My husband and I had a wonderful 2 day stay and can’t wait to return. The food at the on site restaurant Troika was delicious. The winery was great too. We had a peaceful rest in a comfortable room with a beautiful balcony and view. My only complaint is that the hot tub didn’t get very warm. We truly enjoyed this first class stay and cannot wait to return.
Just hosted a family gathering with 21 people for two nights. Owner Eileen Gregory and hotel manage Felix could not have been more gracious and hospitable. We enjoyed two breakfasts and a dinner that rivaled anything we have had in the Valley. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The pool and hot tub area were perfect for adults as well as our six grandchildren. There is a wonderful outdoor sculpture walk on the 70 acres of hotel property. We have been there on a getaway retreat as a couple too and loved it. We will be back and give this wonderful hotel the highest recommendation.
We had our wedding here and it was immaculate. They hosted us with warmth, patience, flexibility and love. The food was incredible, our big day magical and the hotel is full of art and life. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful. Perfect wedding venue!
Just spent another two days at this wonderful hacienda. This was our third time here this year. I can’t get enough of this place. Seven of us lounged in their beautiful living room, ate fabulous breakfasts outside on one of the many patios and relaxed and swam in the pool. The first night we enjoyed the highly rated five course meal in their private dining room. It was much better than the new Michelin starred restaurant we went to the next night. This is such a beautiful place with wonderful hospitality and conveniently located to all the fine wineries in the valley including their own Vena Cava.
Had a wonderful three-night stay with my sister! Everything was perfect. The villa is peaceful and relaxing, with wonderful art and books. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we enjoyed the crackling fire on cooler evenings. The sweeping views of the valley are truly stunning, and I really enjoyed walks on the beautiful property. The friendly donkeys were a treat, and the massages we scheduled were excellent. Eliana and Felix were welcoming and so helpful. Perfect place to either stay in and relax or from which to explore all that Valle de Guadalupe has to offer.
My daughter’s wedding was flawless! 88 guests converged, enjoyed a leisurely pre-event, the ceremony, and a fabulous dinner in the olive grove. All the food was outstanding. But what really made it such a memorable event was the staff: professional, respectful, friendly, and highly efficient! As a professional in the hospitality industry, I am not easily impressed, nor do I normally write reviews. Quite exceptional!
Excellent service and gorgeous place. Felix's service is incomparable and the treatment of the staff is beyond great. When we first got there we mistakenly went to the Administration Building for the check-in lobby and the guy was kind of rude when telling me where the actual Villa was located. They told us that we were alone after Felix left at 7:30pm yet I saw the room next door's lights were on before going to bed. We will definitely come back because they views and the place are amazing.
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in February and had the best time. the villa is beautiful, filled with art and books. there was always a fire crackling in the fireplace and a sunny spot to read a book or play a game of chess. we had a great yoga class. the breakfast was incredible and the managers Felix and Ellie were very hospitable! I loved the intimate feeling and felt very well taken care of. Troika was delicious and the wine tasting was fun, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. we will be back!
